Ruwanwelisaya is the third-largest dagoba in the city. You can find so many Buddhist flags flying around this place. Try to provide small support to the people who sell lotus flowers which are used while worshiping lord buddha. 

Abhayagiri Dagoba has occupied third place in the world for its massive construction. Once you stand under the dagoba and look up you will feel its massive construction and would admire how the ancient people built it before more than 2000 years ago.
